"Oreo is a highly affectionate dog that loves to cuddle, is excited about going outside, and has a good track record of avoiding accidents in the house, with only two minor incidents. He has been reliable about going out every 1-2 hours. Oreo also enjoys car rides and is easy to handle when being picked up. As a very loving dog, he always wants to be close and is highly motivated by food. After a short 10-minute period of adjustment, during which he whined and barked, Oreo slept well in his crate.

Spike the Sweetheart

💘Spike is an absolute sweetheart.
He acclimatized very quickly to myself, routine and my pups.
He is a little shadow, and just wants to be involved.
He knows how to sit and shake a paw and asking him to stay is coming along.
He will paw at you for attention.
He is clumsy and can sometimes hit you in the face by accident. He is a bit mouthy but is gentle.
He had only 2 accidents in my house since being there for 2 weeks.
🍝He is very food motivated and he has a healthy appetite.
He is starting to play more and more each day.
💤Kennel Training - Going great, goes in easy and sleeps through the night in the kennel, a dog bed or his humans bed.
🐕‍🦺Needs some work on his leash training, he is not a fan of it right now (lays down when you try to guide him on a leash).

March 19, 2025 - Lucy has come a long way since being in her foster home!! When she first arrived she was quite shut down from a life of breeding; she was comfortable with the other dogs, but avoided human interaction as much as she could. While she's still not one to go up to strangers, she has come to love attention and affection from her foster family.

Like the little mermaid, one of Lucy's favourite things to do is to collect little trinkets and treasures from humans.

We never know if it will be an empty bottle, the bathtub plug, her human foster sister's headband, or something else completely unexpected - but we love seeing what she comes up with each day! And because they're treasures to her, she takes care of them. She will carry them around or put them next to her on her bed, but she doesn't (usually) chew on them.
